Hello! My name is Marley Walter and I am a sophomore at the Moore School of Business. I am currently studying Marketing and Finance with plans to graduate May 2026 with a double major.One of my goals in life is to make a positive impact on everyone that comes into my life. I am passionate about marketing, advertising, and using my artistic creativity which is why I chose to serve my sorority as Director of PR and Marketing for the 2023-2024 school year. As Director of PR and Marketing for my sorority I am responsible for overseeing Merchandising, External Relations, and Social Media departments as well as collaborating with Executives to achieve marketing goals. My recent position as a corporate intern for Coffee Break Roasting Company in Cincinnati over the summer sparked an interest in company operations and finance as I was a key factor in the company’s financial documentation. I learned a lot from this experience as it gave me the opportunity to “shadow” the owner and get a first-hand experience on what it’s like to run a company. As a corporate intern for Coffee Break Roasting company, I learned to adapt as I worked wherever I was needed and gained valuable knowledge on the operations of a corporation and collaboration. The experiences taught me leadership, responsibility, collaboration, and how to think outside of the box. I cannot wait to strengthen and expand upon these skills and explore different opportunities!
