All Bodies on Bikes is a movement to create and foster a size inclusive bike community. I spend my time consulting with the bicycle industry, delivering workshops and keynotes on inclusion, leading rides, and producing thought leadership. I'm an influencer, creator, professional athlete, and fat woman.

I'm a fat, bicycle adventurer and influencer working to make the bike world welcoming, accessible and friendly to people who live in larger bodies. My work was recently featured in the Shimano film "All Bodies on Bikes" and I'm excited to now offer training directly to companies and organizations as well.I offer Classes, Size Inclusion Training and Workshops directly to retailers, bike companies, clothing companies, bicycle clubs, and companies of all sizes. I also offer Intro to Bike Camping Classes, 1:1 Coaching, and Group rides.I'm also a trained public speaker and workshop facilitator - please get in touch! Nearly 74% of the US population is considered 'overweight' by the CDC. As bicycling grows across everysegment, it is crucial that the bike industry learn how to work with people in larger bodies, including making safe bikes for larger bodies, clothing that fits, and fostering an inclusive community. Diversity and inclusion is a hot topic, and rightly so, and it needs to include diversity in body size as well.

Managed Expeditors International corporate sustainability program, including GHG accounting and reporting, employee education and training, and customer reporting/work.Managed a team of 300+ Green Team leaders spread across the globe who were responsible for implementing Expeditors environmental strategy at the branch level.Successes included implemented corporate office composting program, resulting in the diversion of thousands of pounds of waste from the landfill, developing a new GHG reporting tool for customers, and driving Expeditors strategic ESG strategy.
