The professional collaborated with the Procurement team on projects to implement austerity policies, modernize and automate processes in several departments. One of the highlights were the implementation of an austerity project in the Business Technology team in partnership with Procurement, generating total savings of 130k dollars. In addition, it also solved daily problems and projects with medium deployment time.

The SaaS management tool (Torii) was implemented and the implementation of the JumpCloud solution was led, a DaaS (Directory-as-a-Service DaaS), which improved the management and security of the company's devices, completely remotely. The entire structure of Google Workspace Admin and Ticket Pipeline was also managed in HubSpot, a customer relationship management (CRM) tool.

L1/L2 support was provided to internal customers, Zoom was implemented and the VoIP platform was managed for the HR, Sales and CS departments. E-mails were also created using Google Workspace Admin, and network availability and stability monitoring, including Load Balance, wired network and Wi-Fi.

The maintenance process was also carried out on laptops and desktops and L1 support was provided to the internal customer.

The final objective of the project was the creation of an application for Android, using LBS (Location-based service) capable of showing the real-time location of the user to a list of friends. For the development of the application, algorithms and specific functionalities were developed that ensured the accuracy and efficiency of the application.
