Steve is the leader of the ZS Meetings + Events practice area, focusing on solutions that help clients achieve better meeting program outcomes. Utilizing ZS's technology and operations infrastructure and with a consultative and collaborative approach, the Meetings + Events practice supports our clients by enabling data-driven business decisions. Steve works with companies across different industries, including financial services, software, publishing, medical products, and life sciences. His work approach combines his experience across all three of ZS's capability groups: strategic consulting, business operations, and business technology. His educational background is similarly diverse, including mechanical engineering and psychology, which help him solve problems from both rational and emotional perspectives. Before leading Meetings + Events, Steve was a leader in the ZS sales compensation practice. He attends and presents at various industry conferences, including Cvent, Xactly, Anaplan, and WorldatWork, to name a few.
