This small-town girl was born in the heart of the Klein Karoo and came to the city to dream big! She has a great passion for language, culture, communication, and literature and dreams of one day entering a workspace her she can channel her passion into purpose. Hence, I am currently pursuing my postgraduate studies in languages at Stellenbosch University as a Masters student in Afrikaans and Dutch. I also like to keep busy and because I mastered the art of time management very early in life, my schedule allows me to study and work part-time.Currently, I work as an academic administrator at StudentePlein Metakampus, where I am responsible for managing study materials - my job is to find and manage notes, textbooks, tutors, and other study materials and manage them effectively. Ever since I can remember I realized that the way to success and to reach my goals is to work hard and walk the extra mile. With walking the extra mile comes thinking outside the box and being creative. And I adore creativity! Therefore, I am so grateful that my job description allows me to channel my creativity into content creation and basic graphic design. I am not a drama-lama and do not like to be in conflict situations. With that said, I also believe that in a multicultural workspace it is inevitable that views and opinions will differ - and I am a-okay with that! Should conflict arise, I like to sit down and have a good old talk-it-out-session.
