As Design manager I am part of the the Dutch development and construction team. Working on Dutch developments regarding multi-family, student and young professionals accommodation. In this role I am responsible for implementing and guarding the Greystar Requirements and Design Standards in the projects during acquisition, design and construction phases and the project management of the interior design for the furnished apartments and common spaces. After recently opened offices Spain, France and Germany, Greystar will further increase its presence in Europe by way of investing in multi-family projects in Continental Europe.Greystar is a US based residential real estate specialist with over than 20 years experience in multi-family and student accommodation, focusing on investment management, acquisition, development and property management. Greystar manages over 400,000 units in the US and has built up a significant multi-family and student accommodations portfolio in the UK during the last two years. Greystar will further increase its presence in Europe by way of investing in multi-family projects in Continental Europe.
