Thanks to referrals from very happy, well-connected clients, it wasn’t long before mid and large-sized organizations caught wind of my capabilities and invited me in to make their good companies, great. Equipped with a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, an M.B.A., and more than 10 years managing change for a Fortune 20 company, I seamlessly slid right back into the corporate arena — this time, as a consultant. The United States Navy, non-profit organizations like The National PACE Association, and billion dollar corporate giants like AMN Healthcare, Mitchell International, and Becton Dickinson have hired me to transform their businesses, move their teams through change, and implement business processes that increase efficiency and decrease waste. I was created to untangle obstacles and push strategic initiatives forward.
