Responsible for all Community Reinvestment Act requirements of Heartland Bank and Trust. The Community Reinvestment Act Officer is responsible for developing, implementing and administrating all aspects of the Bank's Community Reinvestment Act Compliance Program. This position establishes, participates and maintains relationships with community based, charitable, and non-profit organizations. Develops and implements programs to ensure the Bank meets the credit needs of the communities in which it resides and attains CRA compliance goals. Advises the Bank's Chief Compliance Officer, Senior Management and Bank personnel of emerging CRA issues to insure compliance directives are maintained.
