Wrote the final report on the Government of Indonesia's efforts to eliminate extreme poverty by 2024 (Percepatan Penghapusan Kemiskinan Ekstrem/PPKE 2021-2024) coordinated by TNP2K. The report writing was under the Poverty Alleviation and Comprehensive, Inclusive and Adaptive Social Protection/Pengentasan Kemiskinan dan Perlindungan Sosial Komprehensif, Inklusif dan Adaptif (PROAKTIF) project funded by the Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT).

- Helping INFID with public policy research and advocacy using GEDSI perspectives through extensive desk research, consultation with relevant stakeholders in governments and civil society (in-depth interviews and focused group discussions), analysis, and report/policy brief writing.- Helping INFID disseminate the research findings and policy recommendations to relevant key stakeholder groups and the general public through presentations and organic media relations. - Representing INFID as a resource person in events organized by INFID and other organizations (per request and availability).

- Managed communications with C-suites, directors, and heads of departments, mainly in governments, as well as in healthcare, higher education, financial service institutions, and government-linked companies across Southeast Asia to promote digital transformation.- Worked as part of the team managing events for C-suites, directors, and heads of departments in different sectors to support digital transformation in Southeast Asia and deliver partnership needs, with main expertise in handling delegate experience. - Worked as part of the team advocating the importance of digital transformation to improve citizen-centered quality public services.

- Managed communications with governments across the Asia Pacific to deliver business partnership requirements by GovInsider’s partner organizations.- Worked as part of the team organizing events, with main expertise in bringing Indonesian government officials to the events. - Worked as part of the team in the annual special report creation, “Women In GovTech 2017”, featuring women leaders in public sector tech roles across the Asia Pacific and beyond.- Managed interviews with prominent figures in the Asia Pacific to deliver business partnership requirements by GovInsider’s partner organizations.

- Worked as part of the team on the research project "Annual Competitiveness Analysis and Development Strategies for 33 Indonesian Provinces".- Represented the institute as a resource person in meetings with sub-national level multi-stakeholders, including provincial governments, businesses, and academics.- Traveled to 20 Indonesian provinces to conduct purposive sampling with provincial governments, business people, and academics, as well as to disseminate research findings and advocate policy recommendations and development strategies to improve the competitiveness of the respective provinces. - Coordinated meetings between the institute and APINDO in 33 provinces in Indonesia.- Wrote 8 chapters in the Annual Report of Indonesia’s Competitiveness Analysis 2015.- Wrote 6 chapters and edited 11 chapters in the Annual Report of Indonesia’s Competitiveness Analysis 2016.- Summarized and translated the Governor of East Java province’s book “Jatimnomics” from Bahasa Indonesia to English to be published as one chapter in the Annual Report of Indonesia’s Competitiveness Analysis 2016.- Trained new research assistants to coordinate meetings with multi-stakeholders in the Indonesian provinces.

- Researched Jakarta and its urban challenges for the annual Governance Study Project to support approximately one semester of teaching processes.- Coordinated a study trip in Jakarta and organized meetings with local government agencies and NGOs for a total of 60 Master of Public Administration students and professors.

- Helped TITA reach out to the city government of Makassar.- Helped promote business and cultural relations between Türkiye and Indonesia.

- Assisted the President (2013-2014) in researching and writing a book titled "Reorientasi Strategi Pendidikan Nasional Indonesia (2015-2020)". The book outlined insights from international good practices in education policies and recommended public sector reform by restructuring the Ministry of Education into two new ministries. The recommendation was then adopted by the Indonesian government (2014-2019). - Assisted the President in disseminating the policy recommendation to various key stakeholders, e.g., university presidents, government ministries and agencies, and civil society organizations.
