I am a human resource professional with experience across diverse industries (legal, financial services, energy and resources, retail travel and education), which gives me a unique perspective and approach to people. With solid advisory level experience, including industrial and employee relations, I have worked with Common Law Contracts, EBA’s and Award Contracts. I also have sound process and procedure experience including the establishment of HR practices, development of workforce metrics and ensuring compliance.My investigation experience has involved having conducted investigations, compiling responses and attending conciliation/mediation conferences. In addition, I have also coached and supported leaders across performance and change management processes and policies working to best practice. I have balanced an extremely busy and full on role at Flight Centre in an organisation that was continually changing and evolving. My role at “Churchie” gave me the opportunity to establish the function in a very conservative environment and I was able to bring the organisation up to best practice HR. I am currently an HR Business Partner at Griffith University.
