The Program for Infant/Toddler Care (PITC) Regional Support Network (RSN) offers training and technical assistance to Infant Toddler Programs, agencies, and Family Child Care Providers. The program aims to enhance the quality of care and support for the learning of children aged from birth to three. PITC training courses and technical assistance help RSN participants to develop a responsive, relationship-based approach to infant and toddler care and education. The program is committed to improving the knowledge and skills of teachers and administrators at infant/toddler centers and family child care providers through professional development.
