This is a part-time position and I am responsible for statement reconciliation, filing, data entry and other office administrative duties.

I worked on short-term projects throughout this time. One was for a cemetery reconciling contracts for earned vs unearned revenue. Another was for Captrust helping them with an end of the year audit pertaining to 401k plans.

I worked closely with cost estimating and manufacturing to analyze and report job details; quoted price, materials used, labor hours and scrap. I reviewed and closed work orders, reconciled pre-closed jobs, assisted with estimate versus actual cost reporting, performed analysis of cost accounting reports, provided findings to the CAM and VP of Finance, participated in monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, assisted with internal and external audits and inventory analysis and supported the CAM with special projects and reports.

I input daily purchased product after matching packing slips with customer invoices, verified invoices with material pricing, submitted discrepancies to the purchasing department, paid invoices, performed weekly check runs, created new accounts for vendors, reconciled credit card and cell phone statements and was a back-up for accounts receivable.

I posted cash receipts, prepared daily bank deposits, invoiced vendors, reconciled checks to invoices, wrote up credit check forms for new vendors, printed monthly statements and mailed them to vendors, performed end of the month processing with other departments, made collection calls, inputted daily invoices, communicated with merchandisers to ensure correct pricing, reconciled vendor statements and approved invoices for payment.
