• Responsible for closing loans according to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac investor guidelines
• Responsible for applying and disbursing customer payments to escrow accounts, mortgage payments and other third parties
• Required to act as a liaison between various default departments internally to ensure date requirements are accurate timely and complete
• Required to extensively review modifications for all calculation and notary errors so that docs can be later recorded into public records
