I am a head strong, independent self starter with 23 years of self storage experience who believes that team work and customer service are the most important aspects of every job. To be successful you must put a personal touch on each and every interaction you have with a potential tenant as well as keeping up good relations with current tenants. This will help increase your occupancy and revenue as well as keep delinquency low.I've hired and successfully trained many staff members over the last 18 years, many of which have moved up to Management positions. I have implemented a company wide software change over for 18 locations in 3 states.I am looking to use the skills I have to better educate teammates and consumers about the Self Storage Industry as well as continue to educate myself. In 2006 I successfully completed the Self Storage Training Institutes program receiving my Certificate in Self Storage Management.
