Dan is er weinig tijd om goed na te denken over WAAROM je doet wat je doet.Daarom heb ik AMICA Innovatie opgericht. Bij AMICA gebruiken we subsidies zoals SLIM en MIT voor maatwerk games, workshops, cursussen en advies om innovaties bij bedrijven te introduceren en ze doelgerichter te maken. Zo pakken we tegelijk innovatie structureel aan (methodes als Design Thinking, Lean, Game Based Learning en Enterprise Design) én kijken we naar het WAAROM van bedrijven. Hoe kunnen we deze vernieuwing een vertaling laten zijn van jouw bestaansrecht? Hoe maak jij je belofte aan je klant hiermee waar? En: hoe voelen de mensen in jouw organisatie zich thuis én betrokken?AMICA Innovatie leunt op de drie pijlers MERK, MENS en METHODE. Zo zorgen we integraal voor betekenisvolle innovaties. Innovaties waar zowel jij als je klant beter van worden. Ik ben daarbij de tolk tussen de linker- en rechter hersenhelft, tussen slim en mooi, tussen ratio en betekenis, tussen techniek en waarden.
