Field Supervisor
CurrentDuties: 1. Maintaining records and preparing reports of investigation, Investigating and detecting criminal and quasi-criminal activity, Identifying those involved in such activity by interviewing complainants and witnesses, by observation and collection of physical evidence; Attending and assisting with security functions.2. Appears as a witness or complainant in court proceedings, Provide oversight and guidance relative to matters of security, as required, and Considerable experience in the security and investigative field, Good knowledge of modern methods and practices of criminal investigation and crime prevention techniques.3. Ability to conduct thorough investigations and follow them through to logical conclusion,Ability to deal tactfully and have a Keen sense of observation and memory, Good judgment and sound reasoning, Ability to physically meet the demands for this position, and provide excellent communication skills including both written and oral capabilities. Ability to speak articulately and Professionally, use good independent judgment with discretion, and provide outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to successfully interact at all levels of an organization including clients. 4. Responsible for scheduling, and conducting on-the-job training, in coordination with Post Commander, of new employees assigned to post, or when changes to post orders are made – this may include orientation to the post, review of post orders, routine responsibilities, and how to respond to emergency situations or specific client needs.
