Duties:1. Responsible for provided over the phone trouble shooting and technical support for Apple Corporation for all of their IOS interface users, which includes their iPhone, iPads, and iPod devices. In this position I identify and address customers problems and correct them through a series of corrective steps.2. As a Tier One Tech Support Specialist I take an average of 80 calls per day, that can range from a few minutes to a couple of hours. After assessing the customers situation, I determine if I need to keep the call and go through the steps to correct the problem, by screen sharing and using varies other tools that I have at my disposal. I make the decision if they need to go to the Genius Bar at the Apple Store or go to an Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP), or if I need to transfer them to another department that can better service their needs.

1. From March 1996 - July 1998 I acted as the sole Information Manager Administrator for the 100th Civil Engineering Squadron Raf Mildenhall, United Kingdom. In this position I maintained and updated all squadron files including department regulations and the files of 350 flight personnel. I prepared the deployment orders of all squadron members, and was also in charge of inspecting the file plans of all sections within the squadron in preparation for squadron level base level inspections.2. From August 1998 - November 1999 I simultaneously served as assistant for four essential sections of the support division. As assistant for the Contracting, Safety, Security, and Facilities sections I provided workgroup administration, suspense control, and file maintenance duties, while learning the basic functions of each section to assist customer with their questions and complete tasked that were time sensitive. I also analyzed and refined administrative processes for the division, created a suspense system for the individual and group files of the squadron, and was able to start developing a filing system to make division records more assessable to personnel. This system helped in the editing, updating, and tracking of all personal training, and also helped in scheduling personnel for the courses they needed to complete towards their training. By implementing my new suspense system, missed deadlines necessary for mission readiness were reduced by 20 percent leading to the commander presenting me with the United States Air Force Achievement Medal.
