Working under the supervision of nursing or medical staff to provide basic patient care, including patient care, planning and assessments which includes – recording vital signs, height, weight, input output, collection of specimens, report and record patient’s condition and patient treatments. Help patient with nutritional needs -check deliver food trays, assist with feeding the patient if necessary. Also assist patients with their mobility - turning and positioning, range of motion exercises, transferring patients to and from wheelchair, and with ambulation.
