As of writing, I work as a Practice Manager with Mint Financial Solutions where I facilitate weekly meetings to ensure that all staff members are informed of the latest developments and updates and lead and manage administration staff to ensure productivity and efficiency. I am responsible for reviewing all strategies and the SOA's to ensure compliance at all times and overseeing and providing assistance in Paraplanning billings to ensure accuracy. Moreover, I formulate and execute effective and creative strategies with advisors and organise and schedule meetings with Business Development Managers. I aid financial advisers in conducting self audits and inspect all completed files to ensure that the implementation is carried to completion.

Prior to my current role with Mint, I worked as a Financial Planner for three years where I conducted in-depth reviews of clients’ financial circumstances and future goals by utilising communication and relationship building skills and aided clients in making sound and informed decisions by providing honest and accurate information. I engineered investment strategies to achieve both short and long-term financial objectives and developed, executed, and reviewed a plan to help clients pursue their long-term goals. Through consistent delivery of services to the highest standard, I achieved the key performance indicators established by the company. I also built and cultivated new client relationships through networking and made outgoing calls through the provided client list to identify potential clients and provided administrative support to the in-house planners and completed the fact-finding by doing all the quotes and following through to the strategy.
