- Production • Supervises processing and packaging section • Daily monitoring of production performance, works with quality and maintenance departments and makes necessary adjustment to meet daily production target. • Creates employee’s weekly work schedule based on production requirement. • Supports HACCP program by verifying Sanitation SOPs, daily GMP monitoring, monthly FSRA audit. • Follow thru on employee’s training and performs Hands-On Demonstration. • Member of Safety Committee and Incident Investigation team, meets with other members monthly to discuss incidents and CAs. • Evaluates performance of 45 hourly employees. • Conducts daily meeting with hourly employees at start of shift, focusing on safety, quality and production. • Reviews and approves hourly employees payroll- Sanitation • Supervises and leads nightly sanitation of equipment. • Monitors performance of sanitation personnel, making sure SOPs are being followed. • Reviews and update Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures, Monthly Sanitation Schedules, Production SOP, if needed. • Conducts pre-operational inspection of machines prior to release to production daily. Production floor will be released once the area is compliant to standards as set by the company. • Attends to CFIA audits and provide corrective actions if deviations are found. • Coordinates cleaning of offices with the contractor and provides feedback, if necessary • Monitors inventory of chemicals and cleaning supplies, creates purchase requisitions and follow up with approved supplier. • Creates rush order of chemicals and cleaning supplies, if needed

• Provides leadership, direction and guidance to production personnel. • Supervises, evaluates, and motivates personnel to ensure work is completed efficiently, effectively and safely. • Monitors production performance and cleaning and sanitation of equipment. • Works with maintenance Department to maximize machine efficiencies and monitor machine performance • Conducts crew talks daily discussing safety, quality and productivity.• Responsible in milk receiving, pasteurization / HTST to milk packaging.• Responsible in production of sour cream, cheese making and packaging

• Supervise belly and specialty room of cut floor department. • Maintains safe and clean working environment through coaching and directing employees on the use of equipment and available resources while maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures. • Maintain quality of products and adhering to and enforcing Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures. • Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning employees, establishing priorities, revising schedules and resolving problems by working with other cut floor supervisors. Develop, direct, train and motivate employees by communicating job expectations, appraising job results, coaching, counselling and disciplining employees.

- Selected as Supply Chain Management SAP Power User when implemented in the company.- Responsible in setting up Master Data - Material Master, Bill of Materials, Routing, Work Centers, Production Versions.- Provides solutions and training to issues encountered by end users- Analyze variance and provide action plans to top management.- Conducts training to new users and refresher upon request.- Assists Global and Regional Center of Excellence on SAP testing

People Management Responsibilities- Provides immediate supervision to a group of teamleaders, SAP clerks, machine operators and contractual employees, assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals- Directs subordinates to achieve assignments using established guidelines, procedures and policies.- Coaches and motivates operators- Conduct line audits to ensure compliance of Teamleaders and operators to defined standards.- Develop and periodically review standard of performance of operators and recommends training needed with assistance from HR.- Conducts training / cross-training of operators to critical lines to ensure sufficient trained personnel at any given time.- Follows and enforces the safety policiesProduction Responsibilities- Control WIP status and ensure on-time delivery of products- Make target and plans to achieve productivity, quality, utilization, yield, cost and delivery requirements.- Implements GMP, sanitation and other QA/Productivity/Safety programs in production area.- Prepares the daily production plan per process line based on the weekly production schedule of Factory Master Planner- Monitors production output and makes necessary adjustment to deliver the requirements.- Monitors and plans available facilities to ensure full utilization of resources to achieve targets.- Conducts monthly cycle counts of ingredients and packaging materials, analyzes variances and develops action plans to address variances.- Forecasts employee requirements based on volume to ensure sufficient manpower is available. Submits requests for additional manpower to the Production Manager.- Prepares periodic reports to Production Manager, including but not limited to overall equipment efficiency, downtime and corresponding action plans.
