I regularly collaborate with senior management to advance equity objectives and represent the Department at public hearings, workshops, and regional and national forums. Additionally, I coordinate cross-system collaboration to tackle the complex challenges of promoting equity in public safety.A key focus of my work involves reviewing and updating policies to ensure the Department equitably serves Fairfax County's diverse residents.
