- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls (80-180) per day- Open, update and maintain customer accounts as per the set SOPs.- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.- Basic and Complex troubleshooting to find and resolve issues affecting the customers.- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up, if need be, to ensure resolution- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents if need be- Ensure CSAT is achieved and all set KPIs are met.
