Professional Services Manager
Current- Develop strong relationships with core decision makers (Chiefs of Police, Command staff, Sheriffs, Directors of IT) understanding their unique needs, challenges, and objectives
- Collaborate and align with cross-functional teams (Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, etc.) to identify and capitalize on opportunities, contributing to revenue growth.
- Efficiently handling multiple projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality.
- Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met and associated documentation supports project scope
- Possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills as well as rapport building with Command level personnel to front-line Officers, ensuring an efficient and successful adoption of Axon products
- Possesses outstanding presentation and communication abilities, adept at effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders, while maintaining a customer-centric approach and mindset
