In my journey at Agenda Edu, I had the opportunity to contribute to several significant projects in which I played pivotal roles. Some of these projects include:*Edupay: One of the standout projects I participated in was the development of the Edupay architecture, one of Agenda Edu's flagship products. Edupay is a comprehensive financial management solution tailored for schools, enabling them to create invoices and manage payments made by students' guardians. Within Edupay, I was involved in various critical projects, including:*Recurrence: I implemented significant enhancements in the Recurrence module, where guardians can become subscribers, paying a predetermined amount for a specific period based on a recurring billing plan. These improvements encompassed features such as Fine and Interest calculations, as well as the introduction of Prompt Payment Discounts, all aimed at optimizing the user experience and streamlining the financial process.*Multiple Payment Providers: In an effort to enhance Edupay's capacity to handle financial transactions, we scaled the application to operate with two payment gateways simultaneously. This provided users with greater flexibility, enabling them to choose from different payment options and making the system more adaptable to their needs.These projects are essential for the ongoing evolution and success of Agenda Edu and Edupay, making a significant contribution to improving school communication and efficiency in financial management for educational institutions. I take pride in playing a pivotal role in these endeavors and continue to contribute to technological advancement in the education sector.

I participated in the design and development of a robust Ruby-based shopping cart checkout process, with a focus on frontend development, seamlessly integrating it with multiple payment gateways.I excelled in improving search functionality, leveraging the full potential of Ruby to optimize and elevate our search capabilities.Developed REST APIs and implemented authentication protocols, such as OAuth, to securely expose data to clients.

At the outset of my development journey, I took my first steps into the wonderful realm of the Ruby on Rails framework. It was here that I embraced the challenge of building an entire application from the ground up, reimagining and modernizing a legacy system. This experience marked the beginning of an incredible journey of learning and growth.
