- Set-up and function testing of DCS, FGS, ESD, IRP and MMS (Honeywell, Bently Nevada, CCC) according to approved test procedure of the system with the client approval.- Involve in Site Acceptance Test (SAT) in DCS (Honeywell Experion PKS C300) FGS, ESD, CCC, and MMS (Bently Nevada 3500) redundancy and I/O testing diagnostic.- Performed loop check for the various type of instrument such as pressure, flow, level, temperature, analyzers, control valve, shutdown valve (ESDV, BDV, KV, XV, UV), rotating equipment (speed, acceleration, displacement, vibration), skid and compressor package type.- Prepare and schedule loop folder verification of instrument logic, range, alarm, trip with the compliance to P&ID and data specification sheet and operation manual approved from the client.- Involved in pre-commissioning, commissioning of instruments and controls system.- Able to read Piping and Instruments Diagrams, Signal Flow Diagrams, Wiring Diagrams, Panel Drawings, Loop Sheets, and Wire Lists.
