Lead Engineer (promoted once) • Coordinated testing procedures and problem resolutions with engineering, test personnel, and mechanics on a 24 hr schedule on site and on remote testing locations.• Managed flight test airplanes for all of the Propulsion system for two new airplane programs simultaneously (independently resolving propulsion testing issues for the 747-8 while being part of the 787-8 team over a six month period).• Streamlined operations and improved the speed and efficiency of information communicated to leadership.• Trained new employees. MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENT: Expanded the organization’s coverage into a new facility and set up contacts and logistics, helping to reduce retesting and flow for replacement parts on production engines, saving time and thousands of dollars in rework.

• Authored a certification plan as a guideline on engine requirements for a new airplane derivative program.• Collected daily progress reports from organization leadership to brief executive leadership on authorization documents to the FAA.• Coordinated meetings/discussions between technical experts, leadership, and the FAA to negotiate acceptable findings, schedules, and delegation of authority.• Regulated schedules for documentation completion from technical experts to the FAA for approval of testing readiness to achieve airplane Type Certification. MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENT: Closed out 108 out of 120 certification deliverables for a new airplane program in under one year by streamlining data operations to obtain flight test authorization and ensured the Propulsion system was ready for FAA certification.

SME, Equipment Manager (promoted once)• Created the logic for fuel flow/actions to be coded for controls from the flight deck to the engines of a new airplane program. • Helped to develop approved testing documentation and instructional manuals for fuels procedures while mitigated and corrected failures in a laboratory testing program.• Levied and modified requirements for the design and testing of a new safety component on board a new airplane design.• Lead the completion of design, scheduling, and documentation for a new safety component on board a new airplane design.MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENT: Collaborated with internal organizations and external suppliers to complete requirements and testing of safety component, becoming the first component out of dozens in the system to be certified for flight.
