Lead the development of partnerships with other city agencies to promote improved health outcomes for all New Yorkers as a founding member of the DOHMH Center for Health Equity. Center for Health Equity will align efforts in advancing health equity across the City and ensure that we deploy resources to reduce health and mental hygiene disparities across all neighborhoods in NYC. The Center will work in collaboration with community-based partners, building on work the District Public Health Offices and others have pursued over the years.
