In my role as a member attorney at Motley Rice LLC, I helped to develop the firm’s practice groups concerning catastrophic injury, aviation, asbestos and securities fraud. I currently work both with victims of aviation disasters and catastrophic events, as well as with shareholders affected by consumer and securities fraud. Additionally, I serve the former state of South Carolina as State Senator for District 42, representing the citizens of Charleston and Dorchester counties.Through my work in securities and consumer fraud litigation, I assist individuals, state and municipality pension funds, unions, multi-employer plans and other institutional investors and government entities by helping them recover assets and improve corporate governance.
