- To provide support for the overall delivery of the Group's Business Objectives- Provide Leadership and guidance to Project Teams Offshore/Onshore in the achievement and delivery of contractual obligations and the performance commitments of projects in terms of safety, quality, timeliness and efficiency- The overall management of assigned projects and contracts- Work Scope Evaluation including Surveys and Technical Assessments- Assist with developing and implementing work packs, inclusive of Method Statements, Procedures and Risk Assessments- The control of budget and project expenditure- Liaising and Negotiating with clientele- Developing further business opportunities for the various business units- Develop and sustain positive and working relationships with clients and their various departments- Managing and achieving project obligations i.e. Budget, Schedule, Quality, Project KPIs, and Reporting- Providing technical expertise and advice in relation to projects/contracts

- Maintains overall responsibility for the operations and execution group by ensuring efficient operation for production with the relevant field Superintendents and team.- Monitoring of project budgets, schedules and progress.- Ensures Best Practice and Quality Standards are met within the department’s delivery to the clients.- Coordinates planning meetings and managed disciplined project teams for project delivery from initiation through completion.- Ensures costs expended on projects are accounted for by ensuring that projects are closed out, signed off and invoices are done in a timely manner.- Liaise with client representatives on SOW content, variations associated with projects, costing and all matters affecting delivery of a satisfactory service.- Assist in strategizing for Tenders, Quotes and Bid preparation in the drive for new business.- Provides leadership and support to business development for both onland and offshore industries.

•To review engineering drawings, data sheets, technical requisitions and specifications and confirming engineering contractor’s compliance to BGTT’s requirements on Electrical and Instrumentation systems and Structural Supports including Telecommunication and Fire and Gas systems.•To perform onshore and offshore inspection, re-engineering and supervision of construction scope of works.•Responsible for daily reporting to Construction Manager on work progress and any deviations and non-compliance from company specifications discovered.•To generate resource utilization documentation, work scopes and work packs for mobilization of projects for approval.•To review work packs generated by third parties and engineering contractors.•To ensure all non-compliance items are re-instated and/or repaired accordingly prior to commissioning and acceptance.•To act as client representative during pre-commissioning, commissioning and final acceptance of all Electrical, Instrumentation, Fire and Gas and Communication Systems.•To carry out ad hoc tasks directed by the Construction Manager and Project Manager.•Providing technical advice to BGTT Engineering group and contractors about problems encountered during planning, implementing and commissioning phases.•Witness and acceptance of Electrical, Instrumentation, Communication and Fire and Gas Systems pre-commissioning and testing phases.
