Subject matter expert in troubleshooting and fault isolation, diagnosing and solving complex technical issues on Layer 4-7 technologies on Brocade Application Delivery Controllers product set.Responsible for providing ongoing technical expertise and hands-on support at customer sites to ensure Brocade products are functioning at optimum capacity. Performs escalation management to expedite the escalation process.Works with Sales, Product Management, Development, Q/A and Marketing to build a positive customer experience.Provide knowledge transfer on products to Brocade customersApplication based scripting using Perl and PythonDocument current IT infrastructure, recommend configuration and design enhancements, software upgrades and best practice configurations.Perform scheduled change activities and software upgradesProvide ongoing software release planning and documentation

Developing technical specifications, configurations, test plans, migration plans and project Scope of Work packages for the Easynet IP and MPLS network taking into account the strategy, existing and planned network architecture, new services required and operational issues. Maintain technical relationships with Easynet’s existing and potential new suppliers ensuring that product knowledge is maintained and communicated. Work with third parties in the development of the network, ensuring that equipment and configurations are fit for purpose.
