Marlous Lang-Peterse is a project manager with extensive experience of international theatre general management, outdoor festival management and agile project management. Recently, she ran a UK-wide team funded by CAST to help third sector organisations as part of the COVID-19 response to use technology for social good. She was the first General Manager for the Edinburgh Mela festival and saw the festival attendance increase by 10% and brought the finances into the black in the first year of her appointment. Before that, she managed mid- to large scale touring theatre productions for GLF with budgets of up to £500K in the UK and abroad as a general manager. Due to her personal interest in digital design she is also experienced with graphic design using Photoshop, and by extension, use of social media channels to promote her work.
