Developed original courses in the psychology of careers, psychology of religion, psychology of death and dying, and psychology of leadership. Taught short course for the NEW Coalition (lifelong learning for technical professionals). Published a book-length work on career self-management as well as numerous articles on psychological type, career change, student worldviews, and related areas. Active in Wisconsin Psychological Association. Provided a range of professional consulting services related to outplacement, pre-employment and management development assessment, and workforce “soft skills” training.• Designed a professional quality 360 feedback tool, the “Wraparound Inventory”, for use in corporate sponsored management enhancement projects. This tool has been used to advantage by numerous area employers.• Provided workshops on personality diversity in the workplace, communication, conflict resolution, lifelong learning, leadership, life/work balance, and more.• Developed computerized assessment tool, the Embree Personality Sorter, for use in pre-employment contexts.• Wrote and published full-length interactive career workbook, "Self-Managing Your Career", utilized as part of UWMC internship course and in various business settings.• Provided consulting and training services to area organizations including Greenheck Fan, Merrill Manufacturing, Marathon Cheese, Sentry Insurance, Wausau Bone and Joint Clinic, and many more.

Provided individual and group training and consulting services to assist with outplacement and involuntary job termination situations. Developed original training programs for job seekers and career changers. Assisted corporate decision makers with logistical issues associated with outplacement initiatives. Utilized a wide range of assessment tools such as the MBTI, Strong Interest Inventory, 16PF, Business Career Interest Inventory (BCII), and more.
