I assisted the marketing manager at BR Surgical by editing pictures, looking over newsletters, and updating excel spreadsheets. I have gained experience in creating packing slips, invoices and sales orders. I also provided customer service by answering phone calls and emails.

I assisted the marketing team by updating the calendar of events through Wordpress, assisting with promotional materials, editing social media posts, and writing blog posts. I checked guests in at Downtown Jacksonville's Sip and Stroll event, and I helped out with the Jax River Jams concert series as well.

I mentored incoming students and answered any questions they had about the university. During New Student Orientation, I helped students register for classes and helped lead activities. I also helped with orientation for transfer students.
