CurrentHighly visible role at this facility serving over 100 patients daily. Scope of responsibilities includes but is not limited to coordinating and scheduling patients for surgery. Recognized for team player commitment, exceptional customer service skills, and knowledge of medical and surgical terminology. Recruited by management to complete special projects. Calendar management for in clinic doctors as well as Executive Leadership. Major Responsibilities: • Surgical Scheduling. Coordinate/Schedule patients for surgery, pre-appointments and follow-up appointments with physicians across locations. Communicate with patients and/or families to provide pre and post operative instructions/care.• Practice Management System. Input appointments and perform pre-operative and post-operative data entry.• Customer Service. Ensure patient satisfaction through superior service via phone and face to face.• Special Projects. Provide administrative assistance to executive leadership. Scheduling meetings as well as creating and supplying reports on a monthly basis for provider accountability. • Work closely with executive leadership across multiple sites. • Run/Submit monthly reports for 60+ ObGyn providers across multiple sites. • Submit provider payroll bi-weekly. • Reconcile corporate credit cards for providers and administration across multiple sites.• Organization Skills. Work closely with co-workers, physicians and executive leadership. Prioritize daily workload and multi-task to ensure efficient clinic operations. Coordinate calendars of physicians as well as clinic supervisor's.Previous responsibilities within company• Coding and Billing. Medical coding for entire clinic in regard to office visits, in office procedures and surgery. Entry of charges into system for insurance submission.• Special Projects. Perform collections on past due accounts, reporting required including but not limited to colorectal screening to the State of Minnesota.
