As the CEO, Marlu Group have four 100% Indigenous owned businesses that provide transport, security, emergency services, occupational health and wellness services to the resources sector. I oversee the management, operations, finances, contracts, and compliance of all companies, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. We currently have our personnel across Perth and Pilbara : Rio Tinto, BHP, Pilbara Minerals, Illuka Resources, Calidus, Roy Hill & Atlas Iron.With a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology, I also apply my knowledge and skills in health promotion, employee wellness programs and injury prevention to design and deliver onsite wellness programmes for our clients and staff. I am passionate about supporting and empowering Indigenous communities and businesses, and I have a proven track record of creating and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and customers.
