• Manage local sponsorship's and charitable arm (athletic, non-profit organizations and sales accounts) for Harpoon Brewery throughout Vermont and New Hampshire• Manage relationships with athletic team sponsorship, non-profits and other marketing affiliations• Communicate with event directors for brewery’s involvement and organize execution of sponsorship, including staff, equipment and logistics• Create marketing opportunities for brand engagement programs together with Sales, Harpoon Helps and Digital Marketing• Work with city/town officials to secure all permits and approvals for Harpoon Events• Course Manager of the Harpoon Point to Point and Harpoon Oktoberfest Road Race, work with town officials and highway departments to ensure the safety of 800 riders and 1200 runners• Harpoon Helps Vermont Manger

Position Title: Vermont/New Hampshire Sales Associate • Assist in the development of a Sales and Marketing plan to drive customer acquisition and achieve revenue and sales.• Represent the Company at festivals, special events, in-store promotions, educational seminars and other similar activities.• Increase sales and distribution within Sales Market, have consistently grown my sales route in the last 10 years• Recognize and solve problems and develop quality cross-selling solutions with the key accounts, maintain strong relationships with drivers, operations, customers, distributor representatives to insure satisfaction and proper customer experience • Plan, execute, build and maintain displays in off premise accounts• Maximize the effectiveness of VIP software and Product Placement.• Develop tasks and activities that support both personal and company goals and communicate actual results to goal on a monthly basis with local management.• Maintains consistent market visitation schedule between all assigned territories including chain and independent on and off premise accounts• Performs administrative tasks as they are assigned (expense reports, monthly objectives, monthly work calendar, establish distribution targets, evaluate discount programs, conduct price surveys)
