My name is Marly Boumans and I am 21 years old. Since I was 16 years old I have been working in the hospitality industry, at Hotel Riche in Boxmeer. I love my job. That is also why I am studying International Hotel Management at NHL Stenden in Leeuwarden. I am a driven girl, practical and a go-getter. Sometimes a bit stubborn, but a real team player. Structure is very important to me and if I lose it, I am good at ordering and organizing so that there is structure again. I love working with people and making people feel good by doing something nice for them. Over the past few years, I have gained a lot of work experience and I have learned how to make guests and customers feel satisfied. I also learned how to deal with people who were not satisfied.
