Receiving and transferring phone calls effectively for over 300 different MultiCare facilities. Using and operating different paging systems and alerting staff. Working under limited supervision. Needing to have strong communication skills. Also worked at the front reception desk of hospital meeting and greeting our guest and patients, directing to appointments as well to where their loved ones were. Helping direct staff to meetings also being the first person of contact when an individual walks into Tacoma General Hospital. Making sure their experience was the highest in customer care and service.

Filling projects, assist with faxing, coping, organization projects, greeting patients and helping them find what location there appointments are in the hospital setting. Also working side by side with Shirley Warner at the research center with research filling bins for individual research projects. Ensuring that they are properly labeled and placed in correct bins. Working with the Mary Bridge WIC office under Lanay and Anne, assisting in farmers market projects, organizing files, ensuring the cleanliness of breast pumps and ensuring they are correctly checked back in. Making packets for up in coming meetings for clients. Overall just being the individual that comes to help make their jobs less stressful and giving back to an origination that gave me the opportunity to do my internship with them.
