o Design of Subsea Manifolds, ILTs, PLETs and Foundations: conceptual and detail design, developing new solutions, certification and commissioning of final design.o Reviewing calculation work to be in line with: Client’s requirements, Design Codes, Industry Practice.o Supervising analyses and work-delegation: calculating loads, providing functional & design requirements, solving software issues, creating guidelines and processes, delegating and reviewingtasks, monitoring timely deliver and resources.o Collaboration with other Teams and Project Leadership: highlighting risks, progress updates, solving interface problems between teams, proactive mitigation of design problems, project documentation e.g. Design Basis, MTO, manufacturing drawings, MDR.o Collaboration with Clients and Certification Bodies: answering Technical Queries, submitting Design Reports and Design Specification, presenting Conceptual and Detail Design.o Collaboration with Fabricator: manufacturing drawings, accepting/proposing cost-optimization solutions, ensuring compliance with Company’s Specification and Quality processes.o Onboarding new team members, providing software trainings.

o Design & Analysis of subsea structures (acc. to Eurocode 3, ISO 19902, Norsok)o Global (Sezam GENIE) and local (ANSYS) analysis of steel structures in FEAo Executing analysis of subsea structures: lifting, transportation, in-place, trawlingo Nonlinear FEA: tubular joints, suction pile buckling, impact & dropped object (explicit)

Sub-technical lead in R&D project:o Define concept and technical requirements for onshore and offshore wind turbine structures.o Preparation and review of concept and manufacturing drawings (machined and welded structures).o Collaboration with contractors, manufacturers and hub offices (U.S, Portugal, India, Australia).o Project monitoring: control of business case, project timeline, milestones and gates, resource allocation.Design work:o Ultimate strength verification (Eurocode 3, DNVGL, VDI 2230, analytical).o Fatigue verification: pretension bolt connections, welds, steel beams and shells.o Optimization of flange connections and brackets (extreme, fatigue).o Buckling analysis of shells and beams. o Concept design and verification of offshore wind turbine components. o Dynamic analysis of steel structures: modal, transient dynamics.o Responsibility over certification process with external companies: DNVGL, TuV Sud. o Nonlinear FEA calculations: tower shells, flange connections, stiffeners, beams, platforms.
