About Mark A.

Currently I am a Cybersecurity Incident Responder managing vulnerabilities proactively and reactively and the operational response to cyber incidents within UTSPreviously I was a Senior 3rd Level Managed Desktop Specialist focusing on developing enterprise solutions. Recently I have designed and implemented a Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) Current Branch solution that is feature rich, highly available, scalable and robust. I have also completed Dell Boomi Professional Developer Certification.I have completed a Bachelor of Engineering majoring in Mechanical and Mechatronics and sub majoring in Intelligent Systems at the University of Technology Sydney, in which I attained First Class Honours.My engineering experience has been developed throughout my degree by means of part time work and an internship, which exposed me to many facets of both mechanical and mechatronic engineering. I have developed a passion for holistic systems that combine multidisciplinary technology and design. Previously I worked in 3rd Level Server Administrator with exposure to major server related projects. I supported the National Australia Banks' numerous and various server infrastructure. I proofed and approved architectural solution designs, and usually deployed or contributed to the deployment of the server aspects of the approved designs.
