PDX 311 improves access to local government within Multnomah County by providing a single point of contact – in person, online or over the phone to find information, report issues, or request services.PDX 311's mission is to simplify community member access to local government programs and services. PDX 311 is working to provide a single point of contact for community members – including residents, business owners and visitors. Created from the ground up a successful, thriving, global organization serving the needs about 10,000 infertile patients per year year. Advise intended parents through all phases of their infertility plan with their physician. Coordinate outreach and medical services services with infertility professionals, and mental health professionals regarding an individual patient cycle. Conduct and participate in third-party workshops. Mentor and advocate for intended parents and parents completing IVF portfolios with regards to infertility grants. Coordinate conferences and workshops revolving around basic in fertility information, Egg Donation, Surrogacy, Embryo donation, pregnancy after 40, and parenting. Respond to local educational and support needs, partnering with RESOLVE, as well as being a representative for rural communities regarding third-party reproduction. Oversee and maintain the organization operations, supervise staff, peer advising as applicable. Seek appropriate professional development opportunities. Participate in PVED functions and teams. Act as mentor to new incoming intended parents and community members when requested. Collaborate with board members, volunteers, and other industry professionals as necessary to on various products. lessParents Via Egg Donation, or PVED, was created to provide an informational and supportive environment where parents and parents-to-be can learn and share information about all facets of the egg donation process.Our mission is to educate, support, and empower families and individuals at any stage of the process who choose to use egg donation to build a family.We share information about agencies, legal and medical professionals, treatment centers, mental health therapists, pharmaceutical companies, and other resources.

As PVED's Community Manager I am the face of this global organization managing communications in both directions. Being digital-savvy I am responsible for all communications, PR, social media, events, and content creation for the organization and it's large online presence.I moderate and manage a very large private health forum with over 5000 community members who converge and converse on a daily basis regarding infertility related issues.Our team consists of 15 moderators who share the responsibility of reading, routing, replying, and overseeing 100,000+ posts per month by community members.

Led business startup of ovum donation agency; managed agency personnel, day-to-day operations, donor and recipient coordination, contract administration, and financial transactions.Was part of a team that created this in house ovum Donation agency from the ground up, including developing an extensive donor database, agency procedures, marketing materials, community relations and trade show presence.

Directed managing editors and copy editors in development of Suite 101 web content.
