With over thirty years' experience in employment and labor law, I represent employers -- and only employers -- in non-union and union settings, in both the private and public sectors. My goal is to keep employers OUT of the legal system by providing skilled advice in setting and applying policies, handling difficult personnel situations and negotiating disputes. When legal action is initiated, however, I provide efficient but vigorous defense, with my client's goals directing the representation.In addition, I present staff training programs tailored to individual employers' needs, backed by my extensive experience presenting seminars to groups of employers, groups of attorneys, and groups of employees at individual employers. I also taught business law and employment law courses for four years as an adjunct lecturer at Carroll College (now Carroll University).Specialties: I limit my practice to management employment and labor law.
