• Run limo arrivals and create a report for hosted arrivals for the following day

• Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration
• Coordinate with escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors to ensure that terms and conditions of purchase agreements are met before closing dates
• Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking
• Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements and closing statements
• Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds
• Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other

• Maintain personal, direct mail and phone contact with VIPs to build loyalty, increase worth and frequency, as well as fill events
• Provide comps and manage expenses prudently and according to established guidelines.
• Host high-limit guests and accommodate their needs to ensure guest satisfaction and encourage return visits
• Award customer complimentary based on gaming action
• Organize special function and participate in telemarketing efforts to invite customers to special events and individual visits
• Assist Vice President of Casino Marketing and Director of Player Development

• Greet and welcome all guests in a pleasant and professional manner
• Assist VIP guests with check-in and check-out
• Provide concierge services to VIP guests
• Coordinate with other departments in preparation for VIP arrivals
