Marne Sullivan is an athlete, advocate, and speaker who founded @hear_and_out, an Instagram community and speaking platform that shares insights on living with hearing loss through a student-athlete’s lens. Born deaf and fitted with a cochlear implant at 3 ½, Marne is passionate about the transformative power of storytelling, community connection, and advocating for accessibility in all aspects of life. Her mission is to inspire others, help businesses create meaningful content with impact, and champion effective communication in sports, work, and beyond.A Boston College graduate and former D1 student-athlete, Marne earned her Master’s at USC, where she completed her 5th year of track and field eligibility. She has delivered engaging and high-energy presentations for organizations like Nestlé, John Tracy Center, Child’s Voice, and more.
