I am the Client Relationship Manager for Wayfinder Wealth. I am passionate about both serving our clients and helping our team to provide the most exceptional client experience. I carefully prepare applications, forms, handle money movement and accounts specific requests. My extensive customer service background, hands-on knowledge and understanding of our clients’ unique needs help ensure that our team is effectively poised to deliver the highest level of service for our clients.​ExperienceI joined the True Life Financial Planning team in 2021, which then partnered with Wayfinder Wealth in 2022. Prior to that, I owned and operated a successful boutique retail store in the neighborhood of Lakewood in Dallas for over 20 years. I was a small business owner--and I understand the complexities that our clients face every day. I like to think I bring energy and organization to every conversation.CommunityI am originally from Chicago, and have made Dallas my second hometown. I live with my husband, Brandon, in the Lake Highlands neighborhood of Dallas, with our two sons. In my free time, I volunteer at my children’s school, serving as an Executive Committee member and past Treasurer of the Parent Faculty Club. On evenings and weekends, you’re likely to find me shuttling and cheering on our active children at their practices and games or enjoying the great outdoors with friends and family.

We are a flexible and personal financial planning firm. We meet in-person and/or virtually with our local clients, but still offer exceptional client service to our remote clients, with "face to face" meetings via Zoom. We communicate in between meetings via phone calls, text, or email. We also set up quick screen share meetings if our clients need additional support through the process and help along the way. Tony Pampel (our founder/leader/CFP) created our firm to be able to help our clients with the whole picture. Our goal is to find out who are clients really are, what are their dreams/aspirations, and apply this knowledge with the "math and money" financial planning. . . to create their True Life. It's extremely rewarding to be a part of this group that helps our clients grow both personally and financially. Before entering the financial planning industry in 2021, I owned and operated a successful brick-and-mortar retail business in Dallas, Texas for over twenty years. This hands on experience has given me the tools to offer a high level of client service along with organizational support to assist the True Life Financial Planning team and our clients. I have also worked in the Hospitality Business, waiting tables and perfecting my service instincts during my high school and college years.
