In this role, I work closely with clients and potential leads, managing event inquiries, conducting tours, and converting bookings. I also coordinate event logistics, oversee day-of operations, and ensure exceptional client experiences.

Assist prospective guests with making reservations at the hotel, answering any questions or requests current guests may have, responding to emails and taking payments.

In this role, I help design floral pieces, build other event components, set up different events throughout the San Diego area, and perform general housekeeping duties in the shop.

In this role, I have many different responsibilities. They include: checking members into the club, helping look into their billing statements, ringing up payments on their accounts, helping members purchase inventory, signing children into the Villa Sport day care and making sure guardians are qualified for drop off and pick up, registering members for classes, and giving members daily information about the club.

I was an assistant swim coach as well as swim lesson instructor for the Loomis Basin Dolphins swim team over the summer of 2019. This occupation involved teaching children how to properly learn to swim, and the different stroke techniques. I was able to work one on one with children and in a group setting to help them learn while having fun. I developed personal relationships with the students I taught while maintaining authority and keeping them safe in the water.
