Luton Hoo Hotel, Golf & Spa is a stunning 5* country house hotel on the border of Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire with leisure guests enjoying romantic escapes, spa experiences, golf days, family breaks, weddings, private occasions, fine dining, afternoon tea and more. Corporate clients, small and large, take advantage of our 1,065 acre estate for team building activities, training conferences, product launches, strategy meetings and more with a choice of the opulent setting of the Mansion House or the exclusive waterside events village, Warren Weir. With a hugely varied market place, my role is to develop and manage a marketing strategy ensuring all channels and opportunities are maximised whilst mentoring and providing a clear set of objectives for the hotel's Marketing Apprentice.

Bedfordshire/Hertfordshire

- Ensure that the brand integrity of the Hotel is maintained and respected through all marketing communications - internal promotions , posters , signage , external adverts , copy , website, emails, social media. - Co-ordination of all journalist visits and media photo shoots and building PR relationships.- Developing ideas for press coverage as a more cost effective way of improving brand awareness. - Development and implementation of the marketing distribution plan as part of the overall sales and marketing strategy. - Weekly and monthly reports on activity past and planned and results of promotional campaigns and PR efforts. - Responsibility for the hotel website ensuring it is updated in a timely manner and within brand guidelines - Maintaining the marketing database and ensuring information is accurately inputted, collated and maintained in a timely manner in accordance with relevant data legislation so that it is clean and useable. - Maintaining high visibility of the brand and our offerings through all marketing communication in respect to social media channels. - Project management e.g. corporate video production, 360 tour, planned marketing photography etc. - Be an ambassador of the hotel both on and off duty.

- Co-ordinate all marketing activity for the FM division of H&J Martin including: Website, Internal Blog, Case Studies, Bespoke promotional material such as divisional brochure, information sheets, newsletters, press releases. - Develop, populate and maintain CRM system and train end users- Maintain and develop marketing material database- Liaise with graphic designers and photographers to develop marketing materials and case studies- Identify targets and develop strategies to turn these into leads and opportunities- Assist Bid Manager in writing tenders to ensure effective and consistent message is portrayed
