•Recruited healthcare professionals in a variety of positions throughout the organization. Responsible for providing leadership and management for the overall day to day operations of two behavioral health treatment programs. • Ensuring compliance in accordance with all contracts, licenses, agency policies and procedures, and insurance specifications per program to assure safety and ensuring quality services to youth and families we serve. • Balanced two separate million-dollar budgets per fiscal year. • Demonstrate team leadership, through the vision and values of respect, integrity, courage and hope to guide the day-to-day operations of both programs. • Providing clinical leadership and strategic direction through supervision of 50+ staff.• Improving the overall program productivity through strategic communication skills, relationship building and extensive networking, by attending various state and local systems of care meetings. • Improving staff moral through rewarding effective quality improvement initiative, by assuring that staff are educated and skilled practitioners of mental health issues, including trauma informed treatment and awareness of substance abuse. • Conduct internal investigations as needed, demonstrating commitment to the highest standards of ethical inquiry and quality improvement principles.• Hired trained and provided on-going support to the both professional and paraprofessional employees.
