Starting September 2024 I will focus on the M365 Mordern Workplace at 3fifty as a Senior Consultant. I will be continuing work in a Senior role at HSO as of the 1st of January 2024. Still mainly focussing on the modern workplace through the Microsoft 365 Cloud. Since September 2021 I started working for Motion10 in Rotterdam as Consultant in the unit Modern Work & Security. I still focus on M365 from a functional standpoint. I help organizations with their transition to or further development of M365, mainly new portals in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams migrations and Governance projects. As of 01-08-2019 I work for Winvision in Vianen as Solution Consultant for the Microsoft 365 platform. In this role I help organisations (of all sorts and sizes) working smarter and saver within the M365 platform. My main focus is Governance, SharePoint Online and Teams expertise. This focus is mainly on functional level. As of 2021 I am also actively involved with our Winvision Competence Center innitiative. From January 2018 Stichting PK became a seperate non-profit organisation. In this new setting I have been involved with using and developing MS Office365 (Admin), MS Azure (Admin) and MS Intune (Admin), MS Teams (Admin), MS SharePoint/Communication sites (Admin). More and more focus has been on the technical adoption processes for end-users. In addition I have been part of the team implementing and upholding the EU AVG compliance rules spanning all 4 organisations. From March 2013 I worked in the IT department of Stichting U Centraal (former Stichting Stade). Here I am responsible for workstation management, system/network management and functional management. I am also in charge of buying, configuring/rolling out hardware. I see myself as all round in IT. One of the main things I enjoy in this position is that I get to talk to almost all departments regularly and this gives me an understanding of what colleagues need on the work floor.May 2012 to April 2013. I have been working for Stichting Stade in Utrecht as a volunteer. I was responsible for connecting people who need help with everyday tasks but can't do this themselves, with our registered volunteers in the field. May 2010 to May 2011 I worked for the Media Markt/Saturn Holding as a sales manager in Utrecht. I managed a team of at least 10 people, driving target sales.
