First Project in Progress - Milestone: March 2025- Setting goals for the team and time frame- Evaluation of team’s performance- Organizing the team and dividing it into sub-teams based on the capabilities andstrengths of its members in order to achieve the desired result, i.e. conducting livemeetings with the aim of developing new material and testing new practices

- Logistic planning and Implementation of their International Residency Programin the US, Greece, Poland and Italy involving 4 different companies and theiremployees- Scheduling and implementing the production of weekly recuring shows, whichinvolved 15 different teams (approx. 50 actors/improvisers)

RCAB is a 10 people team involved in the cultural sector, working on projects that continuouslyevolve or change requirements depending on their clients needs. In our 6 years partnershipRCAB successfully handled 6 international partnerships, over 30 local projects and elevatedfrom partnerships with low capacity theaters to partnerships with 300 seated theaters andthe Municipal Theater of Piraeus- Planning the team's program, defining goals and continuously adapt it according tothe qualitative and quantitative results of the team- Implementation and leading of bi-monthly feedback sessions to evaluate theperformance of the team and its members- Design and implementation of an action plan necessary for the successful implementation of the group's projects (local and international clients)
