Sterilization Manager - Medical DevicesSterilization Manager in the medical device industry, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all products are sterile and meet the highest safety standards before they reach the market. You will be responsible for managing the entire sterilization process, from selecting the appropriate sterilization methods to validating and monitoring procedures. Your expertise will ensure that all operations comply with relevant regulatory standards, such as ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.Key Responsibilities:Oversee Sterilization Processes: Manage and supervise the sterilization of medical devices, ensuring that all procedures are performed according to established protocols.-Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all sterilization activities meet the requirements of relevant standards, including ISO 13485.Validation and Verification: Develop, validate, and maintain sterilization processes and protocols.
